Should Juvenile Criminals be Accepted....????

Majority of the people are aware of the social menace of juvenile criminals. They understand that juvenile criminals are not professional criminals but it is the society or circumstances which force them to commit crimes. It is considered as serious problem in the society which needs to be eradicated as soon as possible. People in the general are willing to contribute and accept juvenile criminals as part of the society. They feel, they should be helped and allowed to have an independent and respectable life as any other citizen of the country. Poverty and survival is considered the foremost reason for the birth of this social evil. Children commit crimes to survive from hunger and self defense. Society has been responsible for forcing them to adopt such a path and government has been also ignorant of their existence. People are individually willing to contribute towards their rehabilitation and feel that by providing them shelter, government support as well as of NGO’s, we can make a huge difference

It is felt that NGO’s which are working for juvenile criminals have not been able to achieve a significant amount of their objectives. However, it is also felt that these criminals should not be forgiven from their punishment but should be helped to become better individuals.
Government has so far been unable to curb juvenile crime as a social menace and neither is the Constitutional law regarding juvenile criminals adequate to cater these criminals well-being. Moreover, it is also felt that Pakistani police is also a part of criminal activities held. It is strongly felt that such threats to the society should be immediately dealt with. Because, if no serious action is taken against them, this evil may spread to roots of our society and become a social peril for us.

  2. it is not that a person is bad but its time, situations and bitter life experiences which tend to make a person bad so they should be accepted
